Hurst Boiler And Welding Company
Hurst Boiler & Welding Company manufactures a huge range of boilers and boiler auxiliary equipment, with products that will fit most commercial and industrial boiler needs. Their boilers range from 6 hp to 2,000 hp, with Firetube and Watertube designs that can handle fuels ranging from oil to biomass and solid waste. This breadth of product offering means that they have a solution to fit almost any need.
Hurst Boiler & Welding Co. was founded in 1967 by Gene Hurst, working out of a small shop in Coolidge, Georgia. They grew quickly, and in only a few short years they outgrew this location and moved to a larger 1,000 sq. ft. facility in 1970.
Over the 45 years that followed, Hurst continued to grow their reach and expand their facilities, with a headquarters in Coolidge that now spans 314,000 sq. ft. and carries 350 employees at full manufacturing capacity.
The company has also passed the leadership torch down from founder Gene Hurst to his sons Tommy and Hayward, who have worked in the boiler industry for much of their lives and carry on the Hurst legacy as CEO and Director of Field Installations.
Hurst shares the Powerhouse commitment to customer service at every level, making them an ideal partner. They get just as excited as we do about every boiler project and hold themselves to the highest standards when it comes to quality. Their ability to balance a modern approach with old school values has made Hurst one of the most reliable boiler manufacturers around.
Hurst is a sophisticated company but employs a family approach. Our long-standing relationship with Hurst is the result of direct and accountable communication from their great employees. Hurst delivers straight answers from dedicated boiler professionals.
Innovation Based On Experience
When Hurst develops a new boiler design, or updates an existing design, it is not based on theory, but rather based on practice. Many boiler companies promise technical innovations that are impractical in use. Hurst boiler products are efficient, low emissions and most importantly built to last in harsh environments - not just in an R&D facility.
All Hurst boilers use high-quality components from well-known manufacturers such as Honeywell, Siemens, Baldor, McDonnell Miller and Crane, making it incredibly easy to source spare parts directly from Hurst or Powerhouse. Pay reasonable prices for boiler parts and get them when you need them.
